Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Wilka Toppins served as the keynote speaker at EB5 Investment Conference in Toluca, Mexico. The event took place Monday, Sept. 11. 

During her presentation, Toppins spoke about the U.S. Immigrant Investor Program (EB5) to prominent business leaders in Toluca. Toluca is known as an economic hub in Mexico.

The conference was co-sponsored by Dezhu US Group, an Atlanta-based real estate development firm based in Atlanta with a real estate portfolio of more than 1,000 properties.
